Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care, making nursing assessments and diagnoses to develop effective care plans.
  • Facilitate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of Florida.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
  • 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of hire.
