Manual Machinist

3M is seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team in Royersford, PA. This full-time position offers a competitive starting rate of $27.56 per hour, with opportunities for advancement to $28.68 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read, understand, and follow work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings
• Perform all department operations consistently at standard productivity and quality levels
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety policies and procedures
• Operate manual lathes, mills, grinders, and other machinery to machine parts to print specifications
• Measure and verify setups and parts using various measuring equipment
• Report time and material in manufacturing systems

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of machinist experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Ability to take and score medium or high on the Global Advanced Manufacturing Battery Test (GAMB)
