Position Overview: Axiom Developer

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Job Type: Contract (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5x8)

Compensation: $65 - $70/hr

Note: Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience and job responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality AXIOM Code that is efficient, maintainable, and meets technical specifications.
  • Configure Axiom from various data sources, data models, and portfolio aggregations.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot Axiom configuration issues to identify root causes.
  • Develop and review PL/SQL code to facilitate data sourcing into Axiom, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the data flow.
  • Ensure all code and configurations adhere to company and departmental standards.
  • Review requirement documents to confirm a thorough understanding of functional requirements.
  • Conduct performance tuning reviews of PL/SQL code.
  • Prepare and execute detailed unit tests for Axiom code in Controller View.
  • Coordinate the implementation process, including code packaging and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Collaborate with business counterparts and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, testing, implementation, and delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support and post-implementation assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an Axiom developer.
  • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in database management, SQL, and algorithm design.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
