Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse with ALG Senior, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of personal care services and medication management, working closely with our care team to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Care Team: Direct and supervise the care team to ensure that residents receive high-quality care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
  • Infection Control: Develop and implement effective infection control practices to promote a healthy environment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Resident Care Conferences: Participate in regular care conferences with residents and their families to discuss care plans, address concerns, and ensure that residents' needs are being met.
  • Change in Condition: Evaluate, report, and document changes in resident conditions, ensuring that interventions are implemented and documented to ensure the best possible outcomes.
