Family Therapist - Autism Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to families with autism.
  • Develop and implement family-focused treatment plans that address the unique needs of each family.
  • Provide direct client counseling to groups, families, couples, and children.
  • Build and maintain a full caseload of 25-30 sessions per week.
  • Ensure all clinical charting and records are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Masters in Marriage-Family Therapy.
  • Registration with California BBS as an LMFT.
  • 1+ year of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualities:
  • Strong leader and self-starter.
  • Willingness to be fully engaged in the creation of new models of care.
