Senior Painter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Painter to join our team at the Kalispel Tribe of Indians - KTEA. As a Senior Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services for our properties, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Lead and manage painting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement painting plans, including surface preparation, painting, and finishing techniques.
• Supervise and train junior painters, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and develop solutions to ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

• 15+ years of commercial, industrial, facilities, or residential painting experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a painter with the Kalispel Tribe or at the discretion of the Director of Projects & Construction Management and Construction Project Superintendent.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Valid Driver's License (Must be in possession while operating a Tribal Vehicle).
• Certification is required to operate a forklift.
