Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service and create a positive shopping experience.
  • Process Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Recommend and Promote Products: Recommend and promote products related to customers' needs and applications, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Process Returns and Exchanges: Process customer returns and exchanges correctly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in Warehouse Operations: Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Sales or related work experience desired, with HVAC or parts experience a plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to push, pull, and lift heavy product up to 50 pounds frequently, and comfortable utilizing a 6-foot ladder while carrying heavy product.
