Role Summary

The Associate position is integral to our operations at FTI Buyer, LLC. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences while ensuring a tidy and secure environment that encourages repeat business. Precision and effectiveness are vital to our success, and this position serves as an excellent entry point into our organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and address inquiries regarding the auction process.
  • Prepare for auction pickups by organizing and downstacking pallets.
  • Assist customers in locating their items with a friendly demeanor.
  • Facilitate customer checkout procedures efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Lot products by photographing, grading, and accurately describing auction items.
  • Stay updated and comply with company policies and procedures.
