TotalMed Allied is seeking a skilled Traveling Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team for a 12-week contract in Provo, Utah.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain medical imaging equipment, including CT scanners
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Conduct imaging procedures, following established protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical imaging, preferably in a travel or contract setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
