**Position Summary**
We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Operating Room. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions throughout the perioperative process and developing tailored care plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of Surgical Care Affiliates.
- Assess patient status during the perioperative episode of care.
- Create individualized perioperative patient care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in planning and executing patient care.
**Qualifications**
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Multispecialty experience in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Pain Management, and Gastroenterology is required.
- Experience with robotic surgery, particularly the Intuitive da Vinci Xi system, is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in Operating Room or medical/surgical nursing is preferred.
- Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
- Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment or proof of current certification.
- Successful completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment or proof of current certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required if pediatric care is part of the facility's services, to be completed within 90 days of employment or proof of current certification.
- Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing is preferred.
**Compensation**
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
