Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Country Garden Inn & Suites. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping functions and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Operations: Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping activities, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities and achieve their goals.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all housekeeping standards are met, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good working order.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for housekeeping staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
