Position Overview
As a key point of contact, you will serve Extron partners and end-users who require audio visual sales/technical support through various channels. You will employ diagnostic techniques and questioning skills to determine suitable solutions based on customer needs, including product recommendations from Extron's extensive range.
Key Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Proven track record of high-volume call handling, customer support, or inside sales for technology products/electronics.
- Ability to respond to inquiries through troubleshooting techniques and technical product knowledge.
- Desire to build strong customer relationships.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and logical aptitudes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
