This role operates under the guidance of the Director of Business Development. You will foster referral partnerships, oversee your designated area, and conduct patient evaluations. Responsibilities include making sales contacts and analyzing referral and admission data. Collaborate with business development colleagues, including the Admissions Manager and nursing staff, to enhance referral conversion rates. Provide insights and suggestions for program enhancements and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service, the referral process, and overall satisfaction of patients and referral sources. Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including prospective patients, family members, healthcare providers, and case managers. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: A degree from an accredited institution in a health-related field, preferably nursing. Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language therapy is essential. Previous experience in marketing or rehabilitation settings is advantageous.
Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in the relevant field of licensure, ideally with a background in rehabilitation or marketing.
