About the Position

This 24-hour per week position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) to work 8 hours, nights. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They must also possess basic computer skills to utilize electronic systems and communicate with the healthcare team.

We offer a competitive salary, with estimated earnings ranging from $75,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • At least one year of experience in a medical/psychiatric setting, preferably in Med Surg.
