Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Optical Sales Associate to join our team at Pearle Vision Franchise in Orange County. As an Optical Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service, fulfilling prescription eyeglasses, and assisting customers with frame and lens selection.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  2. Fulfill prescription eyeglasses and assist customers with frame and lens selection to meet their individual needs.
  3. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm appointments to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous optical retail experience and vision insurance knowledge are necessary.
  • ABO certification is preferred but not required.
