Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Tennova Healthcare. As a key member of our outpatient care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer nursing care in an outpatient facility or clinic under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Participate in the delivery and evaluation of patient care, ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in nursing or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
