Logistics Coordinator

United Talent Staffing is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team in Fraziers Bottom, WV. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our manufacturing facility.

• Train and supervise logistics team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Manage and organize logistics data and documents to maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods
• Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations
• Manage and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with the logistics group leader to develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in logistics or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail
