  • Assist and consult with customers on our products and services, utilizing knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience.
  • Work with moderate supervision/guidance, taking ownership of individual results and impact on the team.
  • Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services.
  • Partners with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
  • Consistently demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED (Required)
  • 2-5 Years of Relative Work Experience
  • Bilingual: Spanish, Portuguese, OR Cape Verdean Creole
What We Offer
  • Base Pay: $19.00
  • Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $26.69
