MMA Coach

UFC Gym is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MMA Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality private training sessions to our members, while also promoting our brand and services.

• Design and deliver customized private training programs for members, focusing on their specific goals and needs.
• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our members.
• Assist members in achieving their fitness goals, providing guidance and support throughout their training journey.
• Maintain a clean and organized training environment, adhering to UFC Gym's high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional member experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest training techniques and methodologies, incorporating new ideas and innovations into your coaching practice.

• Amateur or professional fight experience, with a strong background in MMA training and coaching.
• Coaching experience with classes and private 1-on-1 coaching, with a proven track record of success.
• Purple belt BJJ or higher, with a deep understanding of martial arts principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, staff, and other coaches.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and member satisfaction.

• Current CPR/AED certification, with a strong understanding of emergency procedures and protocols.
• Certification from a recognized organization, such as the UFC Gym or a reputable martial arts governing body.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
• 4-year degree in a related field, such as exercise science or sports management, with a strong understanding of fitness principles and methodologies.
