  • Create, test, and image devices
  • Active Directory user and device administration
  • Enter and complete standard, security, and purchase requests
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Small project management and documentation
  • Mentor junior staff members
  • Recognize and address system-wide trends and create PRB tickets
  • Participate in on-call rotation and attend meetings as needed
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in providing end-user technical support
  • Knowledge of desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, network infrastructure, and telephony
  • Aptitude for technology and problem-solving skills
  • 1-6 years of experience in IT support
  • A+ certification
Preferred Qualifications:
