The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motor vehicle liability (MVA) / automobile accident cases, including trial prep, depositions leading to trial, complicated settlements, and in-court jury and bench trials, representing plaintiff clients in FL.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases, including drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law.
- Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process, interacting with expert witnesses, and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs.
- Managing a high volume of litigation cases and taking them to trial, while maintaining excellent client service and communication skills.
- A law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school.
- An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- At least 4+ years of PI litigation experience (ideally motor vehicle / automobile liability / MVA).
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
