Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and efficient age-specific nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process.
- Function in accordance with the professional standards of the Ohio Board of Nursing.
- Complete and submit required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies to provide optimal patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program or currently enrolled in a nursing program.
- 2+ years of nursing experience, with a focus on pediatric care.
- Knowledge of LPN scope of practice according to the Ohio Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- IV certification (unit-dependent).
