Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide high-quality nursing care in our skilled nursing unit. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
  • Supervise nurse assistants, administer medications, and perform treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

  • Competitive pay: $29-$35.25 per hour

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
