Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support an elementary caseload in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to identify students' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement individual or group therapy sessions for elementary school students, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote language development and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the Speech-Language Pathologist to monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records of student data.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other team members to ensure seamless support for students and promote a collaborative approach to education.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or a related field.
