Transforming Lives with Exceptional Speech Therapy Services

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional therapy services to students in schools. This is a full-time, school-based position in Perth Amboy, NJ.


The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, and provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings. This role also involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs, monitoring student progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. The candidate will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.


Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
