About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Hospice Nurse - PRN. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.
As a Hospice Nurse, you will administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching them and their families about their care and providing emotional support. You will work in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care (POC).

ResponsibilitiesAdminister skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
Teach patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team about their care.
Perform services in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care (POC).
Qualifications- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
- Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
- Must have at least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
Preferred qualifications include experience as a licensed professional, Medicare home health or hospice experience, and CPR certification for the healthcare provider.
Requirements- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider.
