The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $143,100 to $214,500, depending on your skills, qualifications, and location.

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Java Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Agile team, you'll be responsible for building and enhancing the next generation of Apple's IS&T Platforms and Applications. You'll work closely with project managers and technical teams to implement quality products that meet business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in developing scalable enterprise-level backend solutions
  • Proven skills and hands-on programming experience in Java, multi-threading, REST, Data Caching Services, DB schema design, and data access technologies
  • Hands-on experience with design, development, and deployment of enterprise systems
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment with a global presence across multiple timezones and geographies
  • Experience working with Java frameworks, Spring, Springboot, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to multitask
  • Solid knowledge of application performance improvement techniques and caching solutions
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent
