Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Specialist. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting, damp mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and patient rooms
• Remove and dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner
• Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to prevent injury and ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Respond to resident and staff requests in a timely and professional manner

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
