Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Janitorial Custodian to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services for our residential and commercial properties. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties are clean, healthy, and safe for tenants, guests, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning Services: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types, stripping, buffing, and waxing floors, dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture, scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures, emptying trash cans, and washing and drying windows.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs, and assisting building management with all projects and other job duties as requested.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time and able to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Experience and Skills: Experience in similar roles using cleaning products and equipment, strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills, and ability to work on a team as well as independently when needed.
  • Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
