As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a great shopping experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, helping customers locate merchandise, and assisting with check-out processes.
- Assist with receiving and unloading shipments, stocking and displaying merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Support the operations team with tasks such as cleaning, price checks, and inventory management.
- Work independently with minimal direction and follow daily to-do lists.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
Requirements
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet shift goals and expectations.
- Ability to regularly lift one to five pounds and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
