Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Lead Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional massage services to our guests, while also providing training and guidance to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Massage Services: Deliver high-quality massage services to our guests, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to our team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate our team members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our massage services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional massage services.
  • Skills: Expertise in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal modalities, with a strong understanding of body mechanics and technique.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
