Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Manager of Integrated Care Management (ICM), the Supervisor ICM is accountable for the daily oversight of the Care Management Oversight Delegation Team, ensuring clinical direction, organization, and monitoring of all care management delegation functions.
- Provide direct supervisory oversight of personnel ensuring that care management delegates comply with State regulations and deliver quality case management services.
- Assist in executing the plans and daily operations of the Care Management Oversight Delegation Team.
- Offer leadership at both the unit and departmental levels.
Qualifications:
- BSN Degree is mandatory.
- Master's Degree is preferred.
- An unrestricted RN license to practice nursing in the relevant state and any other state where services are provided.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Case Management, with the ability to practice care management within the licensure scope based on professional standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Access is advantageous. A consistent word processing speed and accuracy of 50 or more words per minute is required.
