We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Director. As a leader in the Heavy Civil / Paving Construction Industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and providing a rewarding career for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage heavy civil and civil project management teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and minimize costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil and civil project management, leadership, budgeting, cost estimation, and quality control.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
