Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage heavy civil and civil project management teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and minimize costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in heavy civil and civil project management, leadership, budgeting, cost estimation, and quality control.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
