About the Job

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the interior and exterior spaces, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Filter oil fryers daily to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness
  • Maintain the outside grounds, including landscaping and trash removal
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week and take out and empty the trash compactor
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
