Key Responsibilities:- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures, including taking vital signs and recording medical history
- Perform various clinical tasks, such as administering injections, collecting lab specimens, and processing medical records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, medications, and test results
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a healthcare field preferred
- 6+ months of customer service experience and/or medical office experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
