Position Overview:

We are seeking a proficient Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to provide comprehensive care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves managing a diverse patient population with a focus on both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies.

  • Nursery Admissions: 0-3 per day
  • Practice Composition: 40-50% Low-Risk Pregnancy; 50-60% High-Risk Pregnancy; 30% C-Section; GYN: Varies
  • Team Structure: 3 Physicians; 1 Advanced Practice Provider
  • Support Staff: Experienced Registered Nurses
  • Procedures: Comprehensive range including fetal monitoring, routine deliveries, and gynecological surgeries.
  • Facility Features: 2 procedure rooms; 16 labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum rooms; Dedicated Surgical Suite; 15 beds; Level II Nursery; Level II Trauma Center; Onsite Ultrasound; EMR system transitioning to Epic in 2025.
  • Visa Support: J1 & H1B visa candidates are welcome.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess an Illinois medical license or be willing to obtain one.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (if BE, must complete within 5 years of residency).
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
