Banner Rehabilitation Hospital - West seeks a skilled Clinical Quality Operations Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for assisting the Director of Quality Management with all aspects of the hospital's Quality Program.

About Us

We are a joint venture between Banner Hospital and Select Medical, providing advanced treatment and comprehensive care to individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, amputation, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, and multiple traumas.

Compensation: Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role involves data collection and presentation for quality, environment, infection control, quality control, and risk management. The successful candidate will assist in quality meetings and teams, help prepare agenda items, and contribute to the implementation of the hospital's quality plan, survey readiness, and root cause analysis.

Requirements
  • Valid professional clinical license required; RN licensure preferred.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care, preferably with previous experience in quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness. Familiarity with accrediting standards, including TJC and CARF, is also an advantage.
