We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities.
  • Work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to achieve maximum patient/client independence.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient/client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient/client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
  • May require specialized physical therapist assistant training to meet a particular department need.
  • Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
