Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Avalon Springs Health Campus. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes to ensure accurate documentation of resident care.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition, making independent decisions when necessary to ensure their well-being.
Requirements
  • A current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license.
