Compassionate Spiritual Care Professional

At Heartland Hospice, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families. As a Hospice Chaplain, you will play a vital role in delivering spiritual services that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in theology, human services, counseling, psychology, or sociology, and have a minimum of two years of active work in spiritual care ministry/program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct spiritual support, counsel, prayer, and ministry to patients and families, as well as participating in developing interdisciplinary care plans. You will also serve as a liaison and resource for community spiritual leaders and assist in training and education in spiritual care for hospice staff, volunteers, and the community.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
