Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the transition of the existing Transportation Management Software to a new platform, which includes learning the current software and helping to migrate data.
  • Provide technical assistance to employees and agents through various channels including phone calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Document, resolve, or escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Deliver both onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, including Apple and Android products.
  • Respond professionally to inquiries from employees and agents regarding software and computer-related challenges.
  • Maintain detailed records of issues and their resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or certification in a computer-related discipline is preferred; however, 1+ years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Prior experience in a Help Desk role is essential.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with remote assistance tools such as LogMeIn, Zoom, or TeamViewer is advantageous.
  • Experience in a customer service center is a plus.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail are required.
