Sales Manager Job Description

Senior Helpers of South Rochester is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Monroe, Livingston, and Ontario counties. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with the local healthcare community, presenting our services to potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish value-add referral relationships with local healthcare professionals
  • Present information about our services to potential customers, empowering them to make informed decisions
  • Prospect, cold call, and conduct the entire sales process
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business and/or marketing
  • Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
