Operations and Client Services Manager

- Research complex client inquiries, responding to client requests via phone, email and/or other contact methods
- Maintain and update client files utilizing internal systems including CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and portfolio management databases (Tamarac AdvisorView)
- Manage new account openings, transfers of assets into new accounts, money movement, trading, etc. in CRM
- Monitor daily custodial alerts and resolve accordingly
- Serve as a subject matter expert on operations processes with the aptitude to identify, understand and communicate core operational needs
- Collaborate with centralized operations team on projects and/or initiatives designed to streamline firm policies and procedures
- Meet regularly with Associate Wealth Advisors and Advisors to prioritize workload and provide timely updates on client service items
