**Job Summary**

As a RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and communication.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

**Requirements:**

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
  • ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
  • Experience working in a medical unit or similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
