Job Description

The Client Service Coordinator reports to the Operations Director and plays a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports Financial Advisors/Operations Directors by handling administrative tasks and providing superior client support.
  • Engages with clients regularly through appointment scheduling, correspondence, and phone calls, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Assists in meeting preparation and follow-up, including document assembly, report generation, and post-meeting documentation.
  • Processes and submits account paperwork and requests, utilizing paperless procedures where available.
  • Maintains client information in CRM databases and updates mailing lists for birthdays, holidays, and marketing efforts.
  • Orders office supplies and serves as a point of contact for infrastructure requests.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Senior Client Service Associates.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a good understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
