Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals for residents, team members, and guests
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to create menus and recipes
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Expedite and serve meals in a courteous and timely manner
  • Aid in all kitchen operations as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary School or a minimum of one year experience in full-service kitchen surroundings
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and knife handling skills
  • Ability to read and execute a recipe
  • Food Handler Card with an understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes
