Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing powersports vehicles, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
- Sell powersports vehicles by understanding and demonstrating their characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company information to provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-selling of parts, accessories, financing, insurance, and service plans.
- Enter customer information and interactions into our CRM system.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Minimum 1+ year experience in customer-facing roles.
- Minimum 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills.
- Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and overtime.
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork and ability to work well with others.
- Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications and smartphone.
- Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement are desired, but not required.
