About the Role

RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, selling powersports vehicles, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing powersports vehicles, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Sell powersports vehicles by understanding and demonstrating their characteristics, capabilities, and features.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company information to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-selling of parts, accessories, financing, insurance, and service plans.
  • Enter customer information and interactions into our CRM system.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Minimum 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills.
  • Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and overtime.
  • Attention to detail and organized.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork and ability to work well with others.
  • Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications and smartphone.
  • Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement are desired, but not required.
