Job Title: Radiology Imaging Specialist

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist for a travel job in a reputable healthcare institution.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology imaging and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines.
  • Maintain all equipment for procedures, assess safety, procedure, physical, and physiological comfort of patients.
  • Monitor need for procedure revisions, coordinate daily imaging procedures, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience as an X-Ray Technician.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment, including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care of all equipment.
  • Current knowledge of trends and advances in clinical practice and healthcare informatics, as well as new developments and innovations in hardware and software technology.
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem identification, resolution, and analytical skills are essential, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.

Work Schedule:

This position will be working 8:30am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, in our Philipsburg pavilion.

Pay Package:

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
