Retail Appointment Setter | Part-Time | Weekends

Work Hours: 24 hours/week worked; 8-hour day shifts on Fri-Mon | Flexible Schedule.

We are seeking a part-time retail sales professional to engage with customers and schedule consultation appointments for potential solar energy customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers and actively engage them to generate interest in solar energy services.
• Provide detailed information about the benefits of solar power and explain the consultation process.
• Proactively schedule sales appointments using a smartphone or tablet.
• Track and log leads accurately daily.
• Collaborate with retail partners to build strong relationships.
• Report on performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of retail or customer service experience.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must have reliable transportation and be proficient in using a smartphone.
