**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Artis Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing/showering, and eating
* Provide personal and household support, including tidying up resident rooms, errands, and delivering mail and newspapers
* Transport residents within the community to meals, enrichment activities, and other programs as needed
* Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed consistently
* Monitor residents for behavioral changes and/or adverse reactions to medications or treatment plans, communicating any changes to clinical staff immediately and documenting thoroughly
* Respond to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and correct environment hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner
* Maintain professionalism and resident confidentiality at all times
* Adhere to all Infection Prevention, OSHA, fire, and safety regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all community residents

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide certification preferred but not required
* Willingness to obtain and/or maintain current First Aid/CPR certification
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
